Council Meeting Information

Town Council meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month. Community citizens–not just Creekers–have three minutes to address the Council during the “Call to the Public” portion of the meeting or during the public discussion portion of any agenda matter. The “Call to the Public” provides citizens the opportunity to speak on any matter not on the agenda. Comments about an item on the agenda must be presented during the public discussion portion of the specific agenda matter. The address for Town Hall is 37622 North Cave Creek Road. Copies of the council meeting agendas are available at Desert Foothills Library, at Town Hall, or on the Town’s website.

A Note To Speakers: When the Council is addressed by a citizen during the “Call to the Public” or during the public discussion portion of any matter on an agenda, the Council is prohibited from answering questions raised by the citizen speaking at the podium or otherwise entering into any discussion with the citizen at the podium. With this in mind, be sure to use your three minutes effectively.
